A Calm Space for the Whole Family

We work together to uncover the patterns that keep your family stuck, building practical communication skills and emotional resilience that help your home feel like a sanctuary again, even through life's biggest transitions.
"My goal is to help your family find its way back to connection, where conflict is replaced by understanding and stress is handled with collective strength."

Ongoing Sessions
We will meet regularly online to practice new ways of communicating, resolving conflict, and supporting one another in real time.
Why private pay can feel simpler
- More privacy around your care
- Less insurance paperwork
- No waiting on insurance approval
- More flexibility in what you focus on
- A clearer session fee from the start
- Care decisions stay between you and your therapist
Why some clients choose cash-pay for therapy
Some clients choose to pay privately because they want therapy to feel more personal, flexible, and focused on what they actually need rather than what an insurance plan may require.
Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan. You can contact your insurance company to ask about out of network mental health benefits.
Does Dr. Mivshek take insurance
Dr. Mivshek is an out of network provider and does not bill insurance directly. Sessions are self pay. Credit and HSA/FSA cards or payment links may be used, and monthly superbills are available for clients who want to submit for possible out of network reimbursement.
