Heather Mivshek, PhD is a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PY#0676) with over 20 years of experience providing caring, evidence-based telehealth services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients of all ages can explore challenges, build on strengths, and experience meaningful change.

Dr. Mivshek offers clinical care for a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, disruptive or impulse-control difficulties, stress, and concerns related to trauma or significant life transitions. She brings a warm, grounded presence to her work with adults—supporting those navigating trauma recovery, anxiety and depression, relationship stress, parenting challenges, or a desire to strengthen coping and resilience.

With specialized training in child and adolescent trauma, Dr. Mivshek also provides comprehensive support for young people who have experienced adversity. Her approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and family-centered, ensuring that treatment goals are personalized and culturally responsive. She partners closely with individuals and families to promote emotional well-being, strengthen connections, and build practical skills that support long-term growth.
